Louis Dieudonne has created a global Compliance and Business Ethics Committee (CBEC Committee) to strengthen its compliance oversight responsibilities. The CBEC Committee is made up of senior employees from various functions who review the company’s business activities with regard to compliance and ethics every quarter, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations and conducting business activities with integrity.

The Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Committee (HSSE Committee) has also been set up by Louis Dieudonne to oversee the organization’s pertinent HSSE programs, policies, and procedures.
