Code of Conduct

At Louis Dieudonne, our Code of Conduct sets out the guiding principles and core values that every member of our team is expected to follow.

The Louis Dieudonne Code of Conduct (“The Tenets”) reaffirms the company’s dedication to upholding the highest moral standards at all times. The Code describes the appropriate conduct and instructs staff members on Mercuria’s values and what to do in the event of a violation of the Code of Conduct or another company policy.

Additionally, Mercuria has policies and procedures in place that allow any employee to raise concerns about events that might constitute a violation of the Code of Conduct or any other corporate policy. The immediate supervisor of the individual, another suitable manager, the local compliance officer, or the company’s ethics hotline can all be contacted with these concerns.

The business clearly prohibits retaliation for any issues that are reported in good faith. The Compliance and Management team at Mercuria is dedicated to taking any issues reported seriously and seeing that they are resolved.

All business partners must actively support and uphold Louis Dieudonne’s values and principles in their own operations in order to fulfill the obligations outlined in the Code of Conduct. All partners are expected to act morally, within the bounds of the law, and in a manner that is consistent with their roles as partners.
